Some of our favorite mantras for Beautiful Breast Elixir: I welcome my breasts as an essential, beautiful part of my woman-ness. I bring healing and love to my breasts as I move through this cancer journey. I love my breasts. My body knows how to heal itself and maintain that health with ease. Grapeseed oil,* Castor oil,* Pomegranate Seed Oil,* Vitamin E (non-GMO) Essential oils of: Frankincense,* Geranium,* Lemongrass,* Angelica,* Rosemary* * Certified Organic Frankincense is the powerhouse in this blend. We love it for its equally-balanced mystic and medicinal properties. Scientific studies have now proven the power of Frankincense to tackle free-radicals in the body – to kill cancer cells and promote a boost of health in the surrounding cells. It loves to settle into and stimulate our immune system so that we can both ward off as well as fight infection in the body. On top of this, Frankincense is one of the great mystical oils, lauded for its ability to connect us to spirit and the realms of intangible grace that can bring about miracles of insights and healing. And though it is most often referenced for its biblical ties to “Gold, Frankincense & Myrrh” brought to the Baby Jesus, it has also been used for centuries in hundreds of cultures worldwide to accompany both religious and pagan ceremony. Call on this oil to invoke your body’s innate healing systems. Frankincense will bring the force of its plant medicine to the fore, zapping free radicals every step of the way. At the same time, it will help you to connect to the more intangible realm of your woman-ness, to drop deeply into your knowing of your strength and power as a woman. Geranium will help you to connect with consistency to your breasts. From an energetic standpoint, this oil is all about helping you to stay present, not stray from what is important, connect to the grace that comes with steady self-care. Whether you are in the midst of tending to breast cancer or wanting to bring focus to your preventive care, this is the oil that will support you to “stay the course,” especially when you want to check out. On top of that, Geranium is an excellent healer. She will soak into your tissues and/or wounds and slowly bring about physical healing on a deep cellular level. Geranium is also a powerful skin healer and toner, softening the skin and gently bringing it to a state of balance. Lemongrass digs down into the immune system and works to clear stagnation and ignite immune functions in the body. It will wake up organs that might be struggling or moving slowly, which is extremely important to the flow of energy to and from the breast tissue. Lemongrass activates the lymph system – one the great filters and movers of toxins in the body – and encourages the removal of excess residue. This is the oil that will also stimulate an acceleration of cellular regrowth and strengthening, post-surgery. The energetic properties of Lemongrass mirror closely its physical properties: It will boost you. It loves to burrow into the consciousness and stir up (and out) anything that is impeding your progress. It will lift your moods, connect you to your energy reserves, and remind you why you are here. Angelica is the perfect companion to Frankincense in this blend from an energetic standpoint. Much like Frankincense, Angelica is deeply connected to the spirit realms. However, unlike Frankincense, which works more with hidden or sticky material, Angelica brings illumination – more of an “angelic” energy to bear. This is the oil that will help you connect to your femininity and remember how it can serve you to be fully confident in all that you are. Angelica will lead you to the highest expression of your health as a woman, which includes connecting not only to your body - in this case, your breasts - but also to all of the complex stories that make you Who You Are. Rosemary is a potent strengthening and detox agent. It is a heavy hitter when it comes to illness in the body, but also acts as a formidable preventive agent. So whether you are dealing with late-stage cancer, post-surgery healing or committing to preventive breast care, Rosemary will be on board to dig in and take care of business, protecting you from infection. Add to that the fact that Rosemary will energetically “keep you in the game” - meaning, it will make sure that you tend to your breasts with fierce kindness - and you’ll find that this is an essential component to the healing powers of this Elixir. BodyMantra founder Kimberly Jonas originally developed this formula for two of her clients that were moving through journeys with breast cancer. One woman knew herself to be at high risk of breast cancer and wanted to actively treat some developing fibrous lumps, while the other needed post-mastectomy support. And while we recognize that both women had tremendous emotional and medical support systems through their respective processes, they sing the praises of this blend as part of their successful healing. $1 of every bottle of Beautiful Breast Elixir sold will be donated to BreastCancer.org. For every bottle purchased, 6 women will get the care they need to effectively direct their journey with cancer. Learn more on our Giving Back Page. Use 3-6 pumps, depending on breast size, massaging in well to each breast, including around the armpit area, as part of your morning or evening ritual. Develop a personal mantra that supports you to welcome the fullness of who you are as a woman and the power that comes from being fully connected to and present with yourself. If you are specifically tending to cancerous growths or post-surgery scarring, apply directly to those areas in small, definitive circular motions as you speak your intentions for healing. All BodyMantra oils are designed for daily use and ritual. Each blend is handcrafted with directed intention so that you are receiving both medicinal and energetic benefits. For best results, use within six months of purchase. Store in a cool, dry place. Apply immediately following a morning shower, or use as part of an evening ritual before bed.
