Bear Creek - House Plan

The Bear Creek is a simple to build, yet charming 2 bed farmhouse ranch floor plan that's filled with natural light.  A simply, but classic roofline makes this an easy to build and affordable 2 bedroom option.  The deep front porch offers covered outdoor space while the uncovered rear deck allows more sunlight into the living spaces.  The open concept living space features a sunlit kitchen with eat-in island, dining space and living room with an attractive fireplace flanked by optional built-ins.  The garage enters the home through the mud room which offers access to the laundry room, pantry and kitchen.  The rear facing primary bed suite features an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet. The secondary bedroom and common bathroom are tucked off of the foyer.
