Bean Dream

The humble bean is, in our opinion, a pantry staple to end all pantry staples. We can wax poetic about beans all day long over here; a modest yet dependable source of protein and fiber, a jumping-off point for thousands of dishes and flavors, and on and on.  This premium, dreamy dry bean blend combines the unique qualities of Pinto, Rio Rojo, and Navy beans. Pintos bring a nutty flavor and creamy texture, while the deep red Rio Rojos add a rich, robust taste, and the small, white Navys round things out with their mild flavor and creamy texture. Colorful, flavorful, and full of life, these beans are the kitchen workhorse. And one of the best parts about cooking beans? Their versatility! Baked, boiled, puréed, perfect as spreads, main dishes, soups, or side accompaniments - the possibilities are endless, and these are hands down the best beans we've ever tasted. Now in COMPLETELY COMPOSTABLE packaging! Ingredients: Organic, Non-GMO Beans. Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Best if used within 6 months of opening. Net Wt - 1 lb
