BEA 10Falcon Motion Sensor

The BEA FALCON (10FALCON) is a microwave motion sensor for automatic industrial doors, vehicle gates and barriers, and loading docks. It mounts 11.5 to 23 ft high, runs on 12 to 24 VAC or VDC, and switches a dry relay contact to open the door. Typical detection zone is 13 x 16 ft at a 16 ft mounting height. The 24.150 GHz Doppler radar can run bidirectional, unidirectional approach, or unidirectional depart. Six filtering modes reject pedestrians and parallel cross traffic so the door opens for vehicles and large loads. The housing is IP65 rated and works from -22 to 140 °F. Tilt adjusts 0 to 180° vertical. Settings can be changed from the ground with the BEA universal remote. What's Included Sensor with 33 ft pre-wired cable Screw kit User guide Before You Order Power: 12 to 24 VAC (±10%) or 12 to 24 VDC. Draws under 2 W. Output: dry change-over relay, 42 VAC/VDC max, 1 A resistive. The BEA universal remote is not included with the sensor. Mounting brackets and longer cables (30 to 100 ft) are separate BEA accessories. Other versions: FALCON XL (10FALCONXL): 6.5 to 11.5 ft for low mounting; FALCON WIDE (10FALCONW): 11.5 to 21 ft with a wide 30 x 11 ft field. For hazardous locations, see the FALCON EX models.
