Alert (Be Alert, Stay Safe) ~ Subliminal

Be Alert, Stay Safe — Being safe means being alert and aware. The National Safety Council says this, “Even in familiar surroundings, we need to constantly be looking for dangers around us throughout our day. Keeping an eye out for hazards can help you identify and avoid them before an injury occurs. Looking at the world through this safety lens can help you protect yourself and those around you.” Train your mind to pay attention to details! While this program was created especially for children and senior citizens, we can all benefit from paying attention to our surrounding.  Staying safe includes paying attention to where you walk, doorway heights, stair steps, and so forth. Americans have found themselves confronted by muggers, thieves, and others intent on doing harm. There are also those who would prey on innocence and ignorance by hustling their way into your life and sometimes robbing you of your life savings. In this day and age, remaining alert is critical to all of us. It has become more and more important that we all pay careful attention to details that formerly were far less important such as abandoned packages and the like. Additionally, we all must remain more alert as we drive. More and more people are using their smart phones, texting, talking and even web searching while they drive. This can pose a sudden and unexpected behavior by other drivers that can lead to dangerous accidents. Learn to be cautious without being afraid. Train your mind to pay attention to details and to keep you safe, wherever you are. Begin today! Sample Affirmations "I breathe deeply. I breathe properly. I am calm. I am peaceful. I am attentive.
