Be Good To Yourself

“Be good to yourself. Especially here, and especially now. Let your needs be your needs and your truth be your truth.” It has taken your whole entire life to become who you’ve become. This empowering gift book is a chance to remind someone of their unique purpose and gifts. It’s here to help them celebrate the truest parts of themselves and honor their beautiful complexity. Open the pages to find hand-drawn artwork of water landscapes and wildlife, each inspiring moments of reflection. Read the words aloud or as quiet affirmations and let the sentiments create room to connect to your depth and vibrancy—as an act of self-care, and as a way of being good to yourself. Share this gift book with your daughter to uplift her spirits, with a friend to recognize her resilience, or with a hardworking mom to remind her to honor her own needs. Each page has a way of offering just the words your soul needs to hear and is a reminder to put yourself first.
