"be empathy" Sweatshirt (rainbow graphic)

The be empathy design, inspired by “series be“ art work, investigates the depth of our human emotions. As children, we do not have goals of adult onset mental illness, drug dependency, criminal victimization, poverty, homelessness, in equity, and in equality. As children, we do not visualize young adulthood with the complications of gender, sexuality, mannerisms, attractions, and romantic love. We only see other children and play without prejudice, with no attention paid to differences and so called “abnormalities.” As children, we empathize with other children so freely and so simply: they cry, we cry; they laugh, we laugh; they love, we love. All of humanity should recall this innate childhood super power, empathy. We must learn and teach judgement has no voice and no place in our human family. We must stop thinking we are different than, better than, less than, removed from one another. It is time to be part of and responsible for each others’ humanity. We are human. be empathy bepartofandresponsiblefor.com directs 20% of profits from sales to one or more queer community causes.
