Size Information Small - Wrist sizes 6 inches to 7 inches Medium- Wrist sizes 7.1 inches to 8 inches Meaning Behind The Message BE ANXIOUS FOR NOTHING LET YOUR PRAYERS BE KNOWN. Dark clouds are on the horizon. The winds are getting stronger. There are sounds of distant thunder. But wait… this is a different type of storm. This is not a rainstorm. This is a category five fear hurricane! This is a panic attack that comes over you like a destructive, mental tsunami! A raincoat does not help when you are agitated and anxious. An umbrella is no solution for discouragement and depression. Don’t bother asking Siri or Google for help or directions. They don’t have the answer.. Only finding the eye of your own personal storm will provide calm and peace during difficult situations. Every emotional swirling hurricane has a center of spiritual stillness. Your smile  is your rainbow that follows your down pour of tears. The God of the storm that’s around you, is the same God that breathes inside of you. Therefore do not be afraid. Do not panic. Be anxious for nothing. May this bracelet be worn to remind you to breathe and relax… to remind you that every cloud has a silver lining. Take a deep breath and wait for the flood of anxiety or the emotional tornado to subside. Take another breath… breathe in peace… breathe out panic… rest and relax… and read the words on this bracelet… BE ANXIOUS FOR NOTHING, LET YOUR REQUEST BY KNOWN.
