A multi-grip pull-up bar and dual cable crossover pulleys allow for targeted upper body training. Built with a solid frame and a premium cable system, this functional trainer ensures an effective, high-quality workout experience. Features and Benefits: SUPERIOR SMITH MACHINE SQUAT RACK: Effortlessly train barbell strength exercises using the built-in Smith Machine. Smooth and secure guide bars ensure controlled movement and stability, minimizing the risk of injury during your workouts. This Functional Trainer with Smith Machine offers increased safety with a self-catching bar design. OPTIONAL ANGLED SMITH TRACK: The updated Smith Machine track can be adjusted from a traditional 90-degree vertical path to an 84.6-degree angled position, allowing for a more natural squat and pressing motion that better follows your body’s movement pattern. DURABLE 3X3 STEEL DESIGN: Our versatile smith machine power rack is built to be strong and reliable. Sturdy front feet offer a balanced base, and the 11-gauge 3x3 steel frame includes laser-cut numbers for easy accessory placement. Large, heavy-duty hardware makes assembly an easy and safe task. DUAL WEIGHT STACKS: Improve your functional strength training with two independently moving 200 lb weight stacks that are color-coded for easy weight identification. The 10 lb increment stacks feature plastic divider plates to minimize noise and a magnetic pin for secure weight selection. ADJUSTABLE ALUMINUM PULLEYS: Our high-tension pulley systems operate independently at a 2:1 pull ratio and slide to allow easy height adjustments. The aluminum components ensure smooth operation and less resistance compared to plastic versions. Boost your workouts with compatible Valor Cable Attachments, including the Tricep Rope, Triangle Row Handle, and Lat Pulldown Bar. SAFETY-FIRST FEATURES: Heavy-duty J-Hooks and safety catches ensure you can confidently perform squats, bench presses, and other barbell exercises. They easily twist on for use and feature high-grade ABS protective strips to protect your barbells from scratches and dents. PULL-UP WITH MORE GRIPS: The integrated multi-grip pull-up bar offers six different grip options, providing versatile upper-body training conveniently attached to the front of the unit.
