BCAA Post Workout Powder

BCAA Post Workout Powder is a special mix of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) and Glutamine that helps with muscle growth and recovery. It contains 5000mg of BCAAs in the perfect ratio of 2 parts Leucine to 1 part Isoleucine and Valine. These amino acids are important because they enhance protein synthesis and help retain nitrogen, which are both crucial for building lean muscle. BCAAs are unique because they are broken down directly in the muscles. They are considered essential because our bodies cannot produce them from other substances. Instead, we need to get them from our diet or use supplements to ensure we have enough of these important amino acids.
