Week after week he refined his recipe while serving performers such as James Ingram, Roberta Flack, Gregory Hines, and many more. The result is a versatile tomato-based BBQ sauce with just the right balance of sweet and heat. Subtle spices and a slightly sweet flavor make it perfect for chicken, ribs, roasts, steaks, fish, or grilled vegetables. From backyard barbecues to barbecue chicken pizza, this is your small-batch gourmet barbecue sauce for a true California grilling experience. The Truth Is in the Tongs!
