BBQ Rub (West Indies)

BBQ Rub (West Indies)  Handcrafted Spice Blend All-Natural, Organic, Vegan, Fair-Trade   This sweet and spicy seasoning comes straight from the Caribbean to your kitchen. Our resident chef's grandfather handed down his signature blend, perfected over years of taste testing. It is carefully crafted from the following local ingredients: paprika, cumin, brown sugar, cinnamon, soy sauce powder, ginger, garlic, black pepper, red pepper, nutmeg, sea salt, allspice, vinegar powder, and cayenne pepper. This delicious seasoning blend makes a nice dry rub on ribs, dark meat portions of chicken and turkey, fish, steak, or veggies before grilling.  We are happy to accommodate orders greater than 4 ounces.
