It is an eyeshadow primer that creates a smooth, grippy base on the lids so eyeshadow applies more evenly, looks more vibrant and lasts longer without creasing or fading. Do I really need an eye primer? If your eyeshadow tends to crease, fade or lose vibrancy through the day, a primer makes a real difference. It helps color grip, stay true and last, especially on oily lids. How do I use it? Apply a thin layer across the lids and let it set for a few seconds before applying eyeshadow. A little goes a long way, so avoid a thick layer. Does it stop eyeshadow from creasing? It helps significantly by giving shadow something to hold onto and reducing oil on the lids, though results also depend on applying thin, buildable layers of shadow. Can I use it with any eyeshadow? Yes. Use it under powder or cream eyeshadows to boost color payoff and wear time, whether you are doing a soft everyday look or something bolder.
