Bazan Pepper

DETAILS Our Bazan Pepper is a premium Vietnamese peppercorn grown on a small family farm in Lộc Ninh, Bình Phước. Situated in southeast Vietnam, Bình Phước is known for its mineral-rich volcanic soil and ideal pepper-growing climate. As Vietnam’s second-largest peppercorn-producing region, it is home to some of the most flavorful black peppers in the world. This Vietnamese peppercorn is of the lesser-known Trung variety, an heirloom strain prized for its smaller berries with a bold heat, complex, and long-lingering flavor. Compared to the common Vĩnh Linh pepper, the Trung variety offers a deeper, richer taste that brings incredible flavors to any dish. Hand-harvested and sun-dried to preserve its rich, fruity warmth, our Bazan Pepper is a versatile spice that shines in everything from soup stocks and marinades to pickles, sauces, and finishing touches. Add whole peppercorns to your broth for bold, aromatic depth, or grind fresh over your favorite meals for a fiery, fragrant kick. Whether you're cooking a comforting Vietnamese soup or simply seasoning your everyday meals, these heirloom Vietnamese peppercorns are essential to every home pantry.
