Les bons temps rub-on. All the Cajun flavor, but almost no heat—because that’s what the flame is for. Delicious on shrimp, fish and crab (obviously), but just as “bon gou!” on beef, chicken, pork and anything else you want to Cajun up. Also a great seasoning on burgers and popcorn.
