Argentine Bay Flower Essence: The flowers smell so gorgeous! I personally have used BAY flower essence a lot to help alleviate 'headaches due to muscle tension in my neck and shoulders with great success. BAY is helpful for muscle tension due to stress and being tense/anxious and especially helpful for those emotions related to Bruxism! On a more spiritual level BAY - assists You when You feel unsure which path to take BAY is Your guiding Light in the right direction - enhances inspiration for self-expression whether that be speaking, writing or painting! - helps release suppressed/blocked emotions - assists with rigidity of all kinds / enhances 'flexibility' in life - connects one with 'Green' Life Force Energy
