BattleGear™ AR-15 Pivot Pin Tool - .223/5.56 Takedown Pin Installation Aid

BattleGear™ AR-15 Pivot Pin Tool A compact .223/5.56 lower receiver assembly aid for installing AR-15 pivot and takedown pins with better control. The BattleGear™ AR-15 Pivot Pin Tool helps hold the detent spring and detent in place while you rotate the fixture and seat the pivot pin. It is built for armorers, hobby builders, and maintenance benches where small springs and detents are easy to launch across the room. Key Features Designed to simplify one of the most frustrating lower receiver assembly steps, this tool gives you a controlled way to compress the spring and detent before sliding the pin into position. Cleaner Pivot Pin Installation ✔️ AR-15 Lower Assembly Aid: Helps install the front pivot pin and takedown-style detent/spring components. ✔️ .223 / 5.56 Compatible: Intended for common AR-15 pattern lower receiver builds and maintenance setups. ✔️ Detent Control: The plunger helps compress and hold the detent and spring, reducing slips and lost parts. ✔️ Compact Bench Tool: Small enough to keep in an armorer kit, range maintenance box, or workbench drawer. ✔️ Reusable Build Accessory: Useful for repeat assembly, repair, and replacement work. How It Works Place the pivot pin tool fixture over the lower receiver pivot pin housing. Insert the large pivot pin tool pin through the fixture to hold alignment. Load the spring first, then the detent, and compress with the plunger. Rotate the fixture about 90 degrees, remove the plunger, and slide the pivot pin into place.
