Batman Vol 1 #226

Approximate Grade: 8.0 A security guard is blinded during a botched jewel heist, but an unscrupulous doctor restores his sight by wiring his optic nerves to his fingertips — leaving him able to "see" only through touch. Now calling himself the Ten-Eyed Man, he seeks revenge on Batman, whom he blames for his injury. With his own vision compromised in the same explosion, Batman must rely on a hidden cowl-camera and Alfred's guidance from the Batcave to survive the fight, ultimately discovering the villain's one weakness.
