BASTET™ 2.0 Adjustable FID Bench - 3"x3"

Versatile Design: This adjustable FID and half bench offers a full range of positions for your workouts. With 3 seat angles, 11 backrest angles, and 5 headrest positions, you can easily switch between flat, incline, decline, and upright settings. The foldable top portion allows it to function as a half bench, making it perfect for seated military presses, overhead tricep extensions, and more—all without needing extra equipment. Quick and Secure Adjustments: The ladder adjustment  lets you change angles faster than traditional pull-pin. Just slide the backrest into one of the laser-cut, numbered grooves for an instant lock-in, ensuring effortless, one-handed adjustments so you can stay focused on your workout. Heavy-Duty Stability and Safety: Built with a 3x3-inch, 14-gauge steel frame, this bench is made to handle intense workouts. The upper section locks securely into place, providing rock-solid support for chest and back-supported exercises. Plus, the electroplated angle indicator plate prevents metal-on-metal wear, keeping your bench durable for years to come. Space-Saving & Easy to Move: This bench is designed for upright storage, so it won’t take up valuable room in your gym. Rear wheels make it easy to move, while the wide rear base adds extra stability during exercises like lateral raises and presses. Designed for Maximum Comfort: Every detail is built with your comfort in mind. The rubber feet keep the bench from sliding, while powder metallurgy bushings ensure smooth adjustments. Whether you’re hitting heavy presses, hip thrusts, or isolation exercises, this bench keeps you comfortable, stable, and supported.
