The Basit hat by Catherine Salter Bayar is just what you need on a chilly winter night! The pattern includes additional instructions for handwarmers, cowl, and a headband. Each item requires one skein of Lanalpaca! Add another skein or two to your kit and make more accessories to mix and match.  SKILL LEVEL: Beginner SIZES: 3 sizes GAUGE:  9 sts x 16 rnds in 1x1 rib using US 6 = 4”/10 cm 8 sts x 14 rnds in 1x1 rib using US 10 = 4”/10 cm Basit Pattern PDF  1 skein Lanalpaca  If you would like to knit the other accessories, purchase one additional skein here for each item (Handwarmers, Cowl, Headband).  Needles and notions are not included.  This hat is knit using US 10 (16") circular knitting needles.
