Tierra de Ensuño Reposado Tequila is a premium 100% Blue Weber agave reposado from the highlands of Jalisco, masterfully rested in oak barrels to deliver a smooth, velvety profile bursting with honeyed agave, vanilla, caramel, baking spices, and subtle oak nuances, all at an elevated 42% ABV (84 proof) for enhanced depth and intensity. What sets it apart is its perfect balance—agave-forward yet enriched by thoughtful aging that adds complexity without heaviness—making it ideal for savoring neat over ice or elevating cocktails like a Reposado Old Fashioned. Tequila lovers crave this handcrafted gem for its refined elegance, artisanal quality, and approachable versatility, which transform every sip into a dreamlike indulgence. Tierra de Ensueño Reposado Tequila is crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave harvested in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico (NOM 1580), where it's slow-cooked, fermented, and double-distilled before resting 8-10 months in oak barrels such as Spanish Rioja casks or wheated bourbon barrels. This process preserves the agave's natural sweetness while infusing subtle barrel notes of vanilla, spice, and wood. Bottled at 42% ABV (84 proof), it delivers enhanced depth, silky texture, and versatility for sipping or mixing. Aromas of cooked agave mingle with vanilla, caramel, cinnamon, dried fruits like apricot and papaya, and hints of tart cherry or grape from the Rioja influence. The palate unfolds with smooth sweetness from agave and honeyed citrus, layered with baking spices, vanilla, dark chocolate, and a gentle pepper bite on the tongue. Clean and warming, with lingering agave sweetness, soft spice, oak, and a touch of salinity from mineral-rich well water. This single-barrel reposado stands out with its higher proof and micro-batch production, balancing bold agave character with nuanced oak without overpowering it. The rare cask selections—like Spanish Rioja or wheated bourbon—add unique fruit-forward complexity and body, appealing to connoisseurs seeking refined yet approachable tequila. Handcrafted with just agave, water, and yeast, it embodies authentic Jalisco tradition in every sip. Savor neat or over a large ice cube to highlight its evolving aromas and silky mouthfeel. It excels in sophisticated cocktails like a Reposado Old Fashioned, Tequila Negroni, or Oak-Forward Margarita, where its proof and depth shine. Pair with grilled meats, aged cheeses, or dark chocolate for an elevated experience. Frequently Asked Questions What is Tierra de Ensueño Reposado Tequila?
