Barnacle Ear Climbers: Sterling Silver

Wear the beauty of the sea. These barnacle ear climbers are hand carved in wax then cast in metal to look as close as possible to the natural crustaceans that inspire its creation. Part of my Crustacea Cirripedia collection, these ear climbers are perfect for anyone with a strong connection to the coast. These earrings are cast in solid sterling silver, I then solder hypoallergenic, sterling silver ear wires to the castings and form by hand. I use a natural patina that darkens the background of this design to give it a high contrast, and aged look. These earrings are made to go into your ear then turn upwards and pinch the ear wire down to hold the earring in place. They can be worn climbing up your ear or just hanging down. All of my products are guaranteed to last for a lifetime and are made to do so. These earrings will remind you of the mysteries of the sea and the amazing ability those mysteries have in humbling and quieting a restless spirit.
