Barkley Blend Light Roast Coffee

One bag of our delicious 12 ounce Barkley Light Roast blend. Our roasters hand-select complementary beans from top farms across the world and build several flavor profiles. We then roast & mix them. Bag them and repeat. Some of that gets pretty nerdy but you can enjoy our research however you like.  Tasting Notes: fruity, sweet, nutty Different roasts of coffee can be very different in taste, flavor, body and complexity because different roast times and temps bring flavors out of the beans. Just getting into the good stuff? You can download our coffee tasting wheel to identify flavors, just like our roasters do.  Looking for specific single origin beans? Barkley is the pup of our founder, Johnny. He's pretty much the best boy in the neighborhood and has been around for every step of the way at normal.coffee. From late-night roasting sessions to sample roast sip sessions, Barkley sticks by Johnny's side. We're proud to offer his image as one of the faces of our signature coffee blends.
