Herb Clipper + Stripper

These herb harvesting scissors and herb stripper are made of food-grade stainless steel! This pocket-sized tool will be your go-to, from harvesting in the patio herb garden to kitchen prep. Trim your herbs with the sharp scissor side and then clear and strip greens--from rosemary to cilantro to kale.  Care: Wipe clean of dirt, water, and fingerprints regularly and store in a dry place. To maintain the look and functionality, occasionally apply a thin coat of protective oil. Use a medium to fine file to straighten out any larger dings or nicks in the scissors. The edge can be honed with a medium sharpening disk or stone.
