The Vario™+ brings flat burr grinding to your kitchen for cafe-quality coffee in a compact package. Set and save up to three timer presets for convenient hands-free dosing into the included portafilter holder. This machine's 54mm flat ceramic burrs are famous for the thick, velvety shots they produce. If you drink lots of espresso on its own or enjoy steamed milk on top, this is the grinder we recommend.
