When Raye's whole mustard seeds are marinated in Atlantic Brewing Company's Bar Harbor Real Ale, they gain a unique malty note before they even make their way to the stone-grinder. The result is a smooth, bitter yet sweet mustard that's just as good on pretzels as it is on cheese. 9 oz.  Since 1900, four generations of the Raye family have been making artisan stone-ground mustards in the United States’ easternmost city: Eastport, Maine. The Rayes use their vintage grindstone machinery (from the Second Industrial Revolution) to carry out a traditional cold grind process, which preserves the mustard seeds and spices’ most sharp, unique flavors.
