World Spice Bar-H Beef Rub

The World Spice Bar-H Beef Rub delivers a bold, coarse-grain seasoning crafted specifically for enhancing the rich flavor of red meat. Ground cracked Tellicherry black pepper leads the blend, supported by roasted garlic, New Mexico red chiles, sea salt, coriander, and bright lemon peel. Unlike fine dusty blends that burn quickly, the substantial chunk size adheres evenly to cold meat surfaces while developing a deeply flavorful, caramelized crust during high-heat grilling. The subtle heat from New Mexico peppers complements the savory profile without overpowering the natural beef taste. Why You'll Love It Coarse crack of Tellicherry pepper penetrates muscle fibers for robust, long-lasting flavor Moderate warmth from New Mexico chiles provides comfort rather than sharp heat Textured granules resist flaking off during searing, smoke, or reverse-sear setups Balanced citrus and garlic notes cut through rich marbling without masking the meat Chunky consistency creates traditional Texas-style peppery bark on large cuts Best On Ribeye & New York Strip Steaks Brisket Point & Flat Cuts Chateaubriand & T-Bone Cuts Hand-Turned Beef Patties Beef Ribs & Plate Cuts Pro Tips Apply a thick, even coating at least 30 minutes before cooking to allow the coarse salt and pepper to draw moisture outward When smoking low and slow, monitor the exterior closely; the chunky texture caramelizes faster than fine powders Lightly mist cuts with neutral oil before applying to help the lemon peel and garlic anchor uniformly Who's This For? Pitmasters building traditional peppery bark on brisket and ribs Weekend grillers who prefer authentic ranch-inspired seasoning over sugary blends Cooks seeking a straightforward rub that enhances rather than masks beef FAQ Is this rub too spicy for everyday grilling? No. The New Mexico red chiles provide mild, smoky warmth that highlights the beef rather than dominating the palate. What does the ingredient blend actually contain? The formulation relies on cracked Tellicherry black pepper, garlic, New Mexico red chiles, sea salt, coriander, and lemon peel with no fillers or artificial additives. How should I store this seasoning to maintain potency? Keep it in an opaque, airtight container in a cool, dark pantry. The coarse grind preserves volatile oils effectively, but flavors remain peak within six months of opening.
