Banded Calcite

Banded calcite forms as calcium carbonate (CaCO3) precipitates from mineral-rich water, often in caves or fissures, with distinct colored layers forming due to gradual changes in water chemistry (like iron, manganese) over time, creating stripes of white, orange, brown, or green. Known as an energy cleanser that absorbs negativity and amplifies positive vibrations while also promoting grounding, emotional healing, motivation, and clarity. Its distinct layers are linked to peeling back emotional trauma, while its calcite nature energizes and encourages taking action, making it great for overcoming procrastination and boosting new learning.
