For at least three generations, it is prepared using ancient traditional procedures using Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes. Grape must (100 percent grapes) forms after the grapes are pressed and heated in copper cauldrons which is eventually transformed into balsamic vinegar. This wonderful 6 star balsamic vinegar is thin, tangy, and blends well in recipes.
