Balloon Columns

Two 5-6 ft Balloon towers. About 30-45 minutes to set up.  Electric outlet needed. Please ensure that no guests are there so that set up can be efficiently done. Clear space needed. Solid color topper included, Outside events are an extra $30. Although we try to please our clients with décor, we shall not be responsible should weather conditions make it impossible to perform décor service (as described in this agreement). This includes (but is not limited to) strong winds, rain or SNOW STORMS. However, if inclement weather prevents installation of agreed décor BEFORE EVENT, A FULL REFUND MINUS DEPOSIT WILL BE ISSUED. Once décor has been set up, no refund is available, despite weather conditions. It is advised that when having an outside event that you are aware of the weather a few days before event to make provisions, if needed before hand. Although consultant only uses high quality balloons and equipment, we are not responsible for loss, breakage or failure to produce due to factors outside and beyond our control, or acts of God(nature).
