Bali Blue Moon Coffee - Single-Origin Medium-Dark Roast |The Pawfect Brew

Bali Blue Moon: Single-Origin Indonesian Roast Bali Blue Moon is a standout single-origin coffee, known for its deep, heavy body and a natural sweetness that comes from its unique processing. Named for the distinct bluish tint of the raw beans, this coffee is produced using the traditional Indonesian "wet-hulling" method, which creates a cup with much more depth than your average roast. Grown on small family farms in the volcanic soil of the Kintamani highlands, these beans develop a remarkable complexity. We roast them to a smooth medium/dark level to highlight rich notes of dark chocolate and brown sugar. Because it has naturally low acidity, it’s an incredibly smooth drinker that never feels sharp or bitter. It’s a bold, "earthy" coffee that holds its own in a French press or as a rich cold brew, giving you a high quality experience that supports a great cause. The Facts: Roast: Medium/Dark. Profile: Bakers chocolate, orange peel, juniper, molasses, rich and satisfying. Best For: French Press, Drip, or a heavy-bodied Cold Brew. The Mission: 25% of all profits go directly to our rescue organizations to help more animals find their forever homes.
