Hand-Braided Jute Sling The second sling is carefully hand braided from natural jute fibres, like Roman sling designs. Jute has a coarse texture that provides a proper grip while being lightweight and flexible. The tightly braiding offers strength and durability, while the woven pouch securely cradles projectiles to reduce slipping during release.
