Balancing Lash Toner & Primer

Balancing Lash Toner & Primer Advanced Oil-Control + pH-Balancing Botanical Formula Discover the incredible Balancing Lash Toner & Primer, tailor-made for those with oily skin and smooth, closed hair cuticles. It's a game-changer that removes excess oil and opens the hair cuticle, making lash extension application a breeze. It's a fantastic alternative to our hydrating Long Wear Pre-Treatment & Primer. With this toner, you'll balance the pH level of the natural lashes, resulting in better retention and an improved bond with the adhesive. Bid farewell to previously challenging lashes and embrace a superior attachment experience! Professional Use Only. 50 ml / 1.69 fl. oz. Directions Directions: Before applying lash extensions, wash the natural lashes with LBLA's Bubble Lash Shampoo and dry them completely. Next, take a Micro-Swab and apply a small amount of Balancing Lash Toner & Primer to the base of the natural lashes where the extensions will be attached. Allow the primer to dry completely before starting the application process. This is not an equal replacement for Long Wear Pre-Treatment Primer, but rather a great priming alternative for oily lashes.
