We recommend burning for no more than four hours at a time. Try to burn candle until the wax melt across the diameter of the jar.  Place candle on stable and heat-resistant surfaces only. Swap your candle for a new one when only ½ inch of wax remains. Burn within sight. Place lid onto lit candle to extinguish the flame. Set candle on heat resistant surface. Extinguish before leaving a room. Let Wax harden before relighting. Please also note that since these candles are handmade, the melt pool of the wax may not be in full diameter during every burn. But the quality of the candle and experience does not change!
