Baked Delights

The Secret Chocolatier bakes a lot. We make some great cookies, grahams, biscotti, macaroons and more. Take a little bit home with you and enjoy the comfort of our baked delights. Chocolate Chunky Enrobed Brownies (6 pack) How much chocolate can you work into a brownie? We aimed to find out. We start with a rich, dense chocolate brownie--in it we add liquefied chocolate and chocolate chunks, then we wrap it in yet another coat of chocolate. You don't need to eat a lot to be filled up and they are fantastic for dunking! 5 Box of our Crunchy Chocolate Nut Cookies A result of extensive development and our unique twist on the classic recipe. Made with a dark, deep-bodied chocolate and toasted walnuts mixed in a crunchy cookie, these treats are perfect for any occasion. Enjoy them with a glass of milk, coffee, or red wine. 2 Packs of Chocolate Coconut Macaroons (2 Pieces Each) Our macaroons are a little different. They are first gluten-free because we don't like a dry macaroon we like it moist. To do so we create our macaroons with stiff egg whites and thick coconut cream, chilled to hold shape and baked to perfection. Our two takes on the coconut macaroon are included: Classic Coconut Macaroons We back the chocolate with a good foot then a drizzle of chocolate on top. Not too much, just enough to be held and enjoyed. Triple Chocolate Coconut Macaroon Dark cocoa is added to the 'batter', then half the macaroon is dipped in thick chocolate. If you need a chocolate coconut fix this should set you over the edge. Enjoy the free fall. 4 Chocolate Dipped Graham Crackers Chef makes these with 3 flour types and our local Cloister Honey. They are a little on the thick side and half dipped in chocolate. A good anytime snack. 2 Bags of Biscotti (2 Pieces Each) A blend of old and new biscotti recipes these can be eaten without dipping in your latte but when you do it sure is a great experience. Enjoy two versions we serve in our cafe. Vanilla Pistachio Biscotti A composition of clean flavors, nutty pistachios and a hint of salt and a drizzle of milk chocolate. Simple goodness. Chocolate Almond Biscotti Biscotti made with a rich cocoa, toasted sliced almonds, and slabbed with dark chocolate.
