Bai Hao Formosa Oolong Tea

Bai Hao ("white tip") oolong is a handpicked and carefully crafted Taiwan oolong tea that is prized for its deep amber color and smooth, honey-sweet taste. Made by picking the bud and first two leaves, this tea has a wonderful floral-fruity aroma and notes of honey and ripe peach. Our Bai Hao is produced by an award-winning, third-generation tea maker. Bai Hao oolong makes a nice complement to desserts. Origin: Taiwan, Hsinchu County Harvest Season: Summer 2023 Oxidation Level: 60% Brewing Guide Use 1 tbsp. per 6 oz. cup. Heat water until boiling. Let steep 3 minutes. Good for multiple infusions.
