First-ever official reissue of Rise, available directly through the band’s Bandcamp and now through select indie retailers. A long-overdue reissue of Bad Brains’ underrated 1993 album Rise, pressed to vinyl officially for the first time via The Control Group. Featuring Israel Joseph-I on vocals and produced by Beau Hill, this LP captures the band’s signature fusion of hardcore punk, metal, and roots reggae with a more refined and melodic sound than earlier releases. With standout tracks like Yes Jah, Miss Freedom, and the crushing title track Rise, this is an essential piece of the Bad Brains legacy—now finally reissued on black vinyl with original artwork and a printed inner sleeve.
