Backyard Road Trip

Backyard Road Trip - 6 X 6" full color book, 28 pages Do you have a friend that takes amazing trips, and you wish they would just write down everything and give you an itinerary? This is that itinerary, in a book! Highlighting the San Juan Islands and parts of western British Columbia, this guide takes you to picture-perfect beaches and lakes, bakeries and bookstores, while noting the best places to camp, eat and drink. The author, Sarah Banning, is a Guemes Islander, writer, and adventurer. With her family and their dog, they drive their van, Mr. White, all over WA and Canada in search of tiny towns, secret beaches, and local coffee shops. Sarah is currently working on her first novel. While perusing through Sarah’s trip pictures on instagram, Jessica said, I want to take this trip and go to these places. And what’s more, you should write this all down and publish a book. I’ll draw it.  And that’s the story behind the story.   Pack your things and let’s go camping! This book is perfect for the adventurer in your life.
