So we decided we had to include some traditional and authentically local New Mexican green chilies to make this Southwestern favorite. You’ll feel like you’re in Santa Fe with us while getting an almost-unbelievable 20 grams of protein per serving. How do you do high protein? We use our all-natural white meat chicken to get there. Those green chilies couldn’t be better when combined with our super sweet corn, all blended with long grain brown rice. No gluten hiding in here though, and like all of our gluten-free meals, it’s tested to 20 ppm so you won’t be left wondering if you’re getting only the good stuff. It’s easy to prepare too, you will want to make it in your dorm room or at your desk.
