No Cash Change: Aim to use up your entire card value. If your order total is less than the value of the BackJoy® e-gift card, no cash change or remaining credit will be issued.  Pay the Difference: If your purchase exceeds the value of the BackJoy® e-gift card, you must pay the remaining balance using another payment method.  Non-Exchangeable: BackJoy® e-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.  Validation at Checkout:  in some case e-cards cannot be used on certain promotional or clearance sale items .  For specific regional balance inquiries, purchases, or to confirm expiration dates, please visit the e-card product page for your specific regional website url
