Baby's Breath Brush

Usage: Small Single-Stroke Paintings, Small Shape Strokes, blossom petals Hair Type: Soft Hair Group: Traditionally Goat/Sheep Hair Tip Dimensions: 1" x 1/4" approximately Description:  Baby’s Breath is a soft paint brush that brings together gentleness and reliability. In the past, brushes made entirely of goat hair were prized for their softness, yet often lacked resilience, losing their shape after a stroke. Baby’s Breath offers a different experience. The hair is exceptionally soft, but structured enough to recover its form as you paint, allowing strokes to remain cohesive without feeling stiff or demanding. Rather than relying on a perfectly held point, the brush supports natural movement and relaxed handling, making it comfortable for artists still developing their control. Especially well suited for smaller blossoms, Baby’s Breath lends itself beautifully to plum blossom branches, petals, and dots. With a light touch and fluid motion, it can also create narrower lines, encouraging experimentation and expressive variation. One brush can move easily between branch, blossom, and detail, supporting a continuous, intuitive painting process. Soft, responsive, and forgiving, Baby’s Breath is an inviting brush for both learning and exploration - ideal for artists who value sensitivity, flow, and ease over rigid precision.
