B&B Corvette Shorty Style Headers - 1 3/4" (2000 C5)

100% Stainless Steel 1 3/4" Primary Shirty Style Tubes 3/8" Thick Flanges 3", 4-into-1 Collectors QUICK FACTS This true bolt-on header comes complete with necessary hardware to make installation a breeze. Billy Boat Performance Exhaust, the originator of the LS1 shorty header developed these headers as a direct replacement part for the factory equipment. Precision crafted entirely of T-304 stainless steel, the longer, equal length primary tubes increase performance and throttle response. Incorporating the correct firing order the CNC mandrel bent 1.750” primary tubes are paired into a hand fabricated merge collector for optimum exhaust gas scavenging unlike most header manufacturers who settle for an open collector. In addition to a performance increase of 10 rear wheel horsepower, Billy Boat Performance Exhaust Shorty Headers weigh 15.3 pounds that is less than half the weight of the heavy OEM cast iron manifolds. Billy Boat Performance Exhaust has had a deep commitment to build quality products. With over 3 generation of fabrication and racing experience going into the development of every part B&B makes along with use only the finest T304 stainless steel materials it is easy to see why B&B has been an industry leader for over 20 years. B&B designs every system for increased performance, a distinctive tone that they have spent years perfecting and an appearance that will set your vehicle apart.
