Ayurvedic Dosha Reading

It's like the online quizzes but actually tailored to YOU! Don’t know if you’re a Pitta, Kapha, or Vata? Can’t quite tell? Confused by the quizzes and questions? Getting mixed results? I CAN HELP CLEAR IT UP FOR YOU! Maybe you’ve been hearing about this whole “dosha” and “Ayurveda” thing. You’ve taken the quizzes, but don’t know how to answer the questions. Or you’re getting different results. Or the results don’t feel TRUE to you. You don’t know how to move forward since you can’t get clear on your dosha!!!! Yep! It can definitely feel confusing. Self-assessing is really tricky and usually gives skewed results. We tend to either be too hard on ourselves (and over-score) or we are unaware of our own patterns and end up underscoring. Having an outside observer with a trained eye and broader understanding of Ayurveda can give you clarity so you know how to move forward and get out of imbalances! Best yet, this can all be done virtually!!   THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES: Thorough questionnaire for you to complete on your body and mind’s tendencies. (Tracks your daily habits for 7 days) 60 minute Zoom call to explain your unique doshic constitution, how I arrived at the results, and time for your questions. A video recording of our review call for you to download and save for later. Recommendations for bringing your doshas into balance. PDF Assessment of your Prakruti (true dosha) with percentages between Pitta, Kapha, and Vata. PDF Assessment of your Vikruti (current doshic imbalances). FREE- my online workshop, Intro to the Doshas, to learn all about how Vata, Pitta, and Kapha show up in the body, the mind, their challenges and ways to balance.   (REALLY helpful for a lot of people because it gives a broader view of all the doshas and they can start to see the doshas in others as well.)
