Aviya Plush Mattress

The Aviya Plush mattress is designed for side sleepers who demand support without giving up that extra initial comfort. With the Aviya Plush, we start on top of the spring unit with a  1’’, 1.8 density 20 ILD soy-polyblend foam. The next layer is a convoluted soy-polyblend foam (specific to the Aviya Plush to help soften the feel) and is a 1’’ 20 ILD 1.8 density foam. And the top layer of foam is sewn directly into the quilt and is a 1’’ 20 ILD 1.8 density soy-polyblend foam. What is also unique to the Aviya Plush, is it has a different quilting pattern, we use a tack and jump (which will be spread out little circles instead of the constant loops used in the Firm and Luxury Firm) and it consists of less thread lines so that it softens up the initial comfort of the top layer of foam. It’s a commitment to better mornings, relaxed movement and deeper sleep—no matter which side you roll onto.
