What does Speed Dial adjustment do on the Avid Speed Dial 7? The Avid Speed Dial 7 Brake Levers in Gray are built for flat-bar bikes running linear-pull or long-pull mechanical disc brakes, giving riders strong, light, and precise lever feel. The standout is Speed Dial leverage adjustment, an on-the-fly dial that tunes the lever ratio without tools, so you can fine-tune power and modulation to your hand and your brakes in seconds. These are long-pull levers, the correct match for V-brakes and long-pull mechanical disc calipers, and they ship as a complete left and right pair with a mountain cable head. Light alloy construction keeps weight down at 134g while holding up to everyday trail and commuter use. A smart upgrade for any flat-bar setup that wants adjustable, repeatable braking feel.
