Polaris RZR Pro R Radius Rod "Dog Bone" Nut Retainer Support Kit | AVID Racing

Polaris RZR Pro R Radius Rod Dog Bone Nut Retainer Support Kit The AVID Racing Pro R Dog Bone Nut Retainer Support Kit is a direct factory replacement designed to strengthen the chassis side of the rear radius rod mounting area while making installation and service much easier. Machined from high-strength, hardened 4340 steel, this part delivers strength comparable to a Grade 10 bolt and replaces the need to fight a wrench on the back side of the factory hardware during assembly and maintenance. More than just a nut retainer, the AVID Dog Bone also acts as a support structure between the chassis side radius rod bolts, helping spread load and reinforce the mounting area under hard use. Each kit includes a weld washer that allows the factory sheet metal to be sandwiched between the dog bone and the washer, tying everything together for a stronger, more rigid mounting point. What This Means on the Car Easier Installation: Eliminates the need to hold a wrench behind the chassis side radius rod bolts, making installation faster and less frustrating. Easier Maintenance: Simplifies future disassembly and service work by keeping the nut captured and supported. Substantial Strength Increase: Hardened 4340 steel construction adds serious support between the radius rod bolts and helps reinforce the chassis mounting area. Improved Load Distribution: The included weld washer sandwiches the factory sheet metal and helps clamp the entire area together for greater rigidity and long-term durability.
