Aviatrix SKY18 | Pilot Sunglasses

Vision Above All The Aviatrix SKY18 pilot sunglasses have precision optics designed specifically for aviators. Our top-of-the-line lenses feature notch filtering technology for contrast, clarity, and performance that is second to none. Each lens option utilizes special thin-film coating technologies to dial in specific amounts of visible light (VLT) suited to pilot preferences and light levels for typical routes. Frame Technology Aviatrix is a classically stylish, lightweight and functional frame designed specifically for female pilots. Finished in matte gold, this frame is crafted from Japanese hand-tooled titanium, and is the first to feature tangle-free nose pads that won’t snag long manes. It’s thin enough to be comfortable when coupled with noise canceling headsets and flight helmets, providing unmatched comfort during long hours of flight. The best aviator sunglasses for women! Lens Technology The Aviatrix SKY18 aviator glasses have lenses that are Method Seven’s original top-of-the-line pilot lenses, crafted from German glass with powerful notch filtering. SKY technology combines eleven rare earth elements including neodymium, molecularly bonded within a crystalline lens. Thirteen proprietary coatings block harmful UV and infrared heat while providing unmatched color and clarity. If you’re looking for the absolute best in performance. Lens Spectrum The SKY18™ (Medium) lens has a similar VLT to most other avionic sunglasses. However, the clarity of crystalline glass, combined with the comfort of a lens that absorbs extreme UVA light and infrared heat energy make it the best in the world. With medium tint and a VLT of 18%, it's an excellent choice for mixed conditions. Frame Dimensions Ambassador, Vicky Benzing & Aviatrix
