Avery House Plan

The Avery house plan features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The 2042 square foot home plan is fashioned in a contemporary French style. Its stucco exterior is complemented with arched recess accents and quoined columns. The rear view oriented floor plan features a split layout. This open floor plan offers a great room, kitchen, nook and formal dining room. All of these rooms work collectively, making the home feel spacious and luxurious. The expansive loggia expands the home's living space. It also features an outdoor kitchen. The right side of the home is the guest wing with two bedrooms, a hall bathroom and the utility room. Guest bedroom three is ideal for guests because they have direct access to the bathroom. The hall bathroom opens onto the loggia for use as a possible pool bath. The luxurious master suite is entered via the master foyer. It features his and her walk-in closets and an opulent bathroom. The master bath showcases his and her vanities, a large soaking tub and a spacious shower. The Avery house plan has plenty of storage and walk-in closets in all of the bedrooms. The home office opens on to the great room via double doors. It is easy to see why the Avery house plan has to much to offer its owners.
