Ava Masala - Curry Mustard (9oz)

What if your favorite curry met stadium mustard? Ava Masala is the sauce that makes hot sauce veterans say "I've never tasted anything like this." Freshly toasted and ground curry spices collide with zesty mustard in a 6/10 heat sauce that's somehow both bold and balanced. Two strong flavors that should fight each other? They became best friends instead. This isn't just a condiment, it's a secret weapon. The curry brings warmth, depth, and aromatic complexity. The mustard cuts through with sharp, tangy brightness. Together, they create something that works as a hot sauce, marinade, cooking ingredient, and dipping sauce all at once. Reviewers call it "next level" and "one of the best I have ever had", and these are folks who've done multiple seasons of Hot Ones at home! Where it transforms food: Stir-fries (especially shrimp) Burgers and sandwiches that need personality Brats, hot dogs, and sausages Potato salad and egg salad with a twist Soups and stews for instant depth As a marinade for literally any protein The garam masala and freshly ground spices give this a quality you can taste, this isn't curry powder dumped from a jar. At 6/10, you can drench your food in this without regret, which is exactly what people do. One reviewer is literally saving their nickels for the next bottle. Want more heat with your curry? Try Jwala Masala, our extra-hot version that cranks the spice to 9/10! Refrigerate after opening. For wholesale inquiries, reach out to homero@harmacyhotsauce.com
