Standard TumbleBlast™ Automatic Tumble Basket for Bead-Blasting

Gimbel’s TumbleBlast Automatic Tumble Baskets make your sand or bead-blasting of small parts quick and automatic. Rather than manually blasting small and difficult-to-hold components, just put the entire TumbleBlast unit into your current blasting cabinet (needing zero modifications), put the parts into the TumbleBlast, and start the automatic blasting process. The TumbleBlast’s highly geared precision Stepper Motor rotates the basket at any speed set by the included digital controller. The angle of the basket itself is fully-adjustable. The blaster itself is typically turned on with a manual clamp on the foot pedal or a timed solenoid controller. To hold the blasting gun, we also offer an articulated Magnetic Mount with a Universal blasting gun grip that can hold virtually every blasting gun on the market. The articulated arm and magnetic mount make it effortless to position the blasting gun for ideal distribution and trouble-free finishing. The Standard TumbleBlast Automatic Tumble Basket is designed primarily for bead-blasting and light-duty sandblasting. Its smaller basket allows it to fit into virtually every free-standing blast cabinet and some (but not all) tabletop cabinets. For more industrial applications, we offer the Giant TumbleBlast Automatic Tumble Basket that features a much larger and thicker all-stainless steel basket, a much more powerful motor, and a larger overall processing capacity. Replacement baskets and parts are available for both models. The TumbleBlast product line is ideal for automatically post-processing SLS prints, automatic blasting of small components, automated deburring, and automated bead-blast finishing operations. For the best results, parts being processed should not exceed one-half pound.
